Bettina, our founder and director, is a pioneer of the child modelling industry in Australia. An acclaimed professional model herself, Bettina enjoyed commercial success from a young age.
Bettina transferred her own skills and knowledge of the industry into a deportment school for young children and teens, and in 1992 Bettina Management was established, an agency that is now synonymous with representing talent for the biggest lifestyle and fashion brands and clients in the entertainment industry.
She is exceptionally proud of all that her talent have achieved over the past 25+ years, from the stars you see in catalogues and magazines, on your TV screens, big budget films with Hollywood stars to the Bettina talent shining on websites and billboards across capital cities in Australia. Her philosophy, that every child should be given the chance to shine, is still the guiding principle for the agency today.
Jo has been with us at our Melbourne Head Office for 8 years and counting. She is especially valued for her flawless ability at selecting child talent who go on to fulfill their dreams.
Her passion for the industry originated through Acting and Drama which she has effortlessly practiced throughout her career. Holding a Bachelor of Education specialising in Drama from Melbourne University, Jo has decades of experience teaching students both in a school setting and in private training workshops. Many of whom, have proceeded to feature prominently in Australian productions.
A mother to two boys herself, Jo's vibrant nature is evident as she thrives on seeing budding talent exceed their expectations by spotting them in TV and on film, an event that truly brings a smile to her face.
Courtney has been in the industry for over 20 years, shining on stage for the first time at the age of 4 and forging her career as a professional dancer.
During her early teen years, Courtney had extraordinary roles dancing alongside Lisa McCune and Bert Newton as Louisa Von Trapp in the production Sound of Music, followed by further success travelling with the Queensland Ballet as Alice in the production Alice in Wonderland, all of which received outstanding reviews of Courtney's performance.
Courtney has enjoyed adult success spanning globally between the UK, New Zealand and Australia, also appearing on So You Think You Can Dance in the Top 60. Highlighting her career, Courtney performed alongside Kanye West as a backup dancer during his national tour of Australia in 2012.
Combining the big names under her belt and the scores of successes endured, Courtney knows what it takes to be a child performer and introduces parents and talent to the industry with a warm personality that is truly infectious.
Peta is a seasoned industry professional with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. She knows what makes the industry tick and loves helping new talent break into the industry.
Peta graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in 2009, she also went on to study a Graduate Diploma of Learning and Teaching at University of Southern Queensland in 2016. As well as her professional studies, Peta has worked on many Musical Theatre performances including Sweet Charity and Chicago, as well as a notable feature on the hit TV series, Winners and Losers.
Peta’s passion and enthusiasm for the industry rubs off on all who meet her, she has a keen eye for spotting new talent and is well-versed on the Queensland entertainment scene. We are very blessed to have her on board in our Queensland agency.
With over 15 years performing arts experience combined with a strong foundation in entertainment, performing in major children’s events and performances throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia & the Middle East, Bianca brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Bettina Management.
Bianca has bounced between many facets of the industry, starting out as a dancing teacher at age 16,she has now settled here with us as our National Casting Manager. Bianca has plenty of audition experience so she is always a wonderful source of information and advice for our young talent. She understands this ever-changing industry well and strives to use this knowledge to provide the best service to our talent and clients. She takes pride in providing children wonderful opportunities in this industry and loves to see them shine!
Brodie has been with us at Bettina Management for more than five years; starting in ‘recruitment’, then progressed through to National Workshop Coordinator before moving to the casting team, where she is now the Regional Casting Manager, looking after clients in Victoria and Queensland.
This experience across all facets of the agency, coupled with her background in customer service and teaching, makes her a true asset to parents and clients alike.
In the constantly changing, fast paced environment of talent placement, clients find reassurance in her knowledge, reliability and proficiency and are confident in her ability to match suitable talent to their campaign briefs.
Gloria has spent the past 15 years bouncing between different facets of the entertainment industry in Perth.
Running a co-owned advertising agency for 12 years, she became quickly affiliated with the high pressure and dynamic pace of the industry, while growing expertise in client relations.
On the side, you will find Gloria backstage on TV sets applying make up for the likes of prominent Perth organisations and brands such as Transperth, University of WA and West Coast Eagles, or nurturing performance skills with her dancing and singing talents.
